We have a no-refund, no-return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (up to 14 days from ship date) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items may be replaced with details and at least 3 photos submitted to retail@civanacarefree.com and a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage claim, and let you know if the claim was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement item. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your claim, please contact us at retail@civanacarefree.com.
